Beyond Housing's Family Engagement Liaisons work in the Normandy schools, connecting students and families to resources, services, and information. The FELs engage parents and children through one-on-one interactions, school and community events, phone calls and home visits.

The FELs are responsible for Increasing parent engagment at the schools, providing basic needs to students and their families,  providing resource referrals to parents and children, and assisting NSC staff in monitoring and increasing student attendance.
